Today, AEOLOS MALTA LTD. provides a broad and wide ranging support and back up service to all the above tour operators as well as specialist interest groups, MICE, Cruise and airlines.
Services and support provided for our customers include:
- Office accommodation and support services
- Local management and administration of reservations
- Local management and administration of accounts and payments
- Transport and transfer arrangements around and between the Islands
- Airport representation and supervision through a dedicated airport team based at Malta International Airport
- Representation services (in various languages)
- Developing specific car hire, excursions and activity programmes for each operator reflecting the needs of their own market and customers requirements
- The operation of in excess of 30 different excursions each week
- Arranging tailor made itineraries, excursions and transfers for groups and incentive travel business.
- Regular local market updates provided to tour operators to assist in product and capacity planning.
- Negotiation with local accommodation suppliers for short-term special offers, prices for late bookings and stop sales.
- Contract negotiations for operators when required together with local contracting support.
- Web portal for online bookings and services, active for B2B.
We are constantly improving and reviewing our services and have recently acquired an office at Malta international airport, which is manned by full time Aeolos Malta staff. This has greatly enhanced our customer service levels and allows us to offer airline and airport services.
We have recently reviewed our internal structure so we can give individual focus to groups and Conference and Incentive business offering tailor made programmes and activities to meet our clients specifications. This is a key area of development for 2008 in addition to handling cruise passengers and working with language schools.
